Shipping policy

At INS Home Decor, we strive to deliver your lighting fixtures safely and efficiently. To balance speed and cost, we utilize a hybrid model: a selection of ready-to-ship inventory in our US Local Warehouse, and our primary Global Production Center for large, fragile, and customized fixtures.


1. Processing Time

All orders require 1-3 business days for processing, quality inspection, and secure packaging before shipment.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement. A cancellation fee may apply if the order has already entered processing. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We intelligently route your order based on product availability and size to ensure the best shipping experience.

Note: Actual delivery times may vary due to local courier efficiency, weather conditions, or peak seasons. Most lighting fixtures are shipped via Sea Freight to save you unnecessary costs.

3. Shipping Rates & Upgrades

We are proud to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders. By default, large items are shipped via Sea Freight for maximum savings.

If you require a faster delivery time for items shipping from our Global Center, we offer Air Freight (3-7 days) or Express (2-5 days) upgrades for an additional fee. Please contact us at inshomedecor@inshomedecor.com for a quote before ordering.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. You can track your package status via the link provided or directly on the carrier's website.

5. International Shipping & Import Duties (Important)

For orders shipped from our Global Center (China) to destinations outside of North America:

  • Import Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival. Any applicable charges not covered by the selected shipping method are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Customs Delays: While we expedite shipping, delays caused by customs inspections are beyond our control.

6. Address Accuracy & Lost Packages

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. INS Home Decor is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office immediately.
