Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a custom chandelier take?
Typically 3‑5 weeks for production after deposit confirmation, plus shipping transit time. Total timeline will be confirmed in your formal quote.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We accept single‑piece bespoke custom lighting projects. MOQ is not required for custom orders.
Can I return a custom-made item?
Custom‑made bespoke lighting is produced exclusively to your specifications. Once production has commenced, cancellation is not permitted. Returns & refunds are not available, as the custom item cannot be resold to other customers. Cancellations are accepted only before production starts.
Please review your 3D renderings carefully before approval.
Do you provide a warranty?
Custom‑made lighting comes with our standard manufacturer warranty, excluding damages caused by improper installation, misuse or modifications after delivery. Warranty details will be included in your custom quotation.
What about deposits?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your custom project and kick‑off production. The deposit is non‑refundable once manufacturing begins.
