CRAFTING TOMORROW'S CLASSICS.
Yes, absolutely. We offer region-specific variants to ensure full compliance and safety. Our North American models operate at 110-120V and typically feature Type A or B plugs, while our European models run on 220-240V with Type C, E, or F plugs. For maximum flexibility, we also provide dual-voltage (100-240V) options that only require a simple plug adapter when relocating between regions.
Safety and compliance are our top priorities. All our Orb Chandeliers are rigorously tested and certified to meet the strictest regional standards. This includes UL certifications for the North American market, and CE certifications for our European customers, ensuring complete peace of mind regarding electrical safety and material quality.
Yes, we have engineered our wall lamps for hassle-free installation across different regions. For the North American market, our backplates are specifically sized to fully cover standard 4-inch square or round junction boxes. For our European customers, the fixtures come with the appropriate round mounting bases. Detailed instruction manuals with region-specific diagrams are included in every box.
Many of our wall lamps are rated for damp or wet locations, but it is crucial to check the specific IP (Ingress Protection) rating of the model you intend to purchase. For bathroom zones near showers or outdoor exposed areas, we recommend selecting a model with an IP44 rating or higher to ensure resistance against water splashes and dust. Always verify the product specifications before installation in high-moisture environments.
For bedside tables, the bottom of the lampshade should ideally be at shoulder or eye level when you are sitting up in bed, typically around 20 to 26 inches tall, to provide ample reading light without glare. For a desk setup, look for a height of 16 to 22 inches to concentrate light on your workspace. As a general rule, the lampshade diameter should be roughly 1.5 to 2 times the width of the lamp base to maintain visual balance.
A loose socket is often intentional to prevent damage during shipping; you can easily fix this by firmly pulling the electrical cord from the bottom of the lamp base to seat the socket tightly. If the base is wobbling, it is usually due to uneven felt pads on the bottom. You can stabilize it by adding a small piece of cardboard or a spare adhesive felt pad under the shorter leg until it sits perfectly flat on your surface.
The ideal height depends on its purpose. For ambient lighting next to a sofa, the top of the lampshade should be roughly at eye level when you are seated (around 58 to 64 inches) to avoid harsh glare. For reading corners, an arc or task floor lamp should extend so the light source hovers directly over your shoulder. Position the lamp behind or slightly beside your seating area to prevent casting shadows while you read or relax.
Stability starts with the base. Ensure the lamp is placed on a completely flat, level surface and that all assembly screws at the base and joints are tightened. If the base slides on smooth flooring, apply non-slip rubber pads underneath. For drooping adjustable arms, simply locate the adjustment screws at the joints and tighten them. If a screw constantly loosens over time, applying a tiny drop of thread-locking compound will keep it secure.
