Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take 5–7 business days before shipping. You will receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched.

Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or related fees. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Are your lights easy to install?
Most of our lights come with detailed installation instructions. For ceiling lights, chandeliers, or fan lights, we recommend hiring a licensed electrician for safe and proper installation. Wall lamps and table lamps are generally easier to set up.
Do your lights work with dimmer switches?
Many of our lights are dimmable. Please check the product description for “Dimmable” compatibility notes. If you’re unsure, please contact us before purchasing.
What bulb types do your fixtures use?
Our fixtures are compatible with a variety of bulbs (LED, E26, GU10, etc.). Each product page specifies the recommended bulb type, base, and maximum wattage. We encourage using LED bulbs for energy efficiency and longevity.
Are the lampshades/glass parts included?
Yes, unless stated otherwise in the product description, all parts shown in the product images are included.
Can I request a custom design or size?

🔁 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date for unused items in their original packaging. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
How do I return an item?
Please contact our support team at inshomedecor@inshomedecor.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not accept direct exchanges unless the item is damaged or broken upon arrival. If your fixture arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will assist you by replacing the damaged parts or the entire fixture based on the situation.
To ensure you get the item you want as quickly as possible, the fastest way is to return the unwanted item first. Once the return is accepted, please place a new order for the new item separately.

Are your lights suitable for bathrooms or damp locations?
Lights labeled as “Damp Rated” or “Wet Rated” are suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, or covered outdoor areas. If you are unsure about the suitability of a product, please check the product specifications or contact us for advice.
What voltage do your lights support?
Our products are compatible with a universal voltage range of 90V–240V. They are designed to work safely in most countries around the world.
Do you provide wiring diagrams?
Yes, wiring diagrams are included in the instruction manual. You can also download digital copies from the product page or contact us for assistance.
