Processing Time
All orders require 1-3 business days for processing and quality inspection before shipment. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.
Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Approximate Shipping Time
Once your order is processed, delivery time depends on the shipping method, product availability, and your address.
Estimated Transit Times:
- 🚚 Express: 3-5 Business Days
- ✈️ Air Freight: 12-15 Business Days
- 🚢 Sea Freight: 25-28 Business Days

Additional Policies
Shipping Rates
At INS Home Decor, we are proud to offer complimentary shipping worldwide. By default, most orders are dispatched via Sea Freight to save you costs. Should you require expedited delivery via Air Freight or Express, additional charges will apply. Please contact us for a quote.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. You can track your package status via the link provided in the email or directly on the carrier's website.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. INS Home Decor is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at inshomedecor@inshomedecor.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as "Delivered" to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office immediately.
Order Cancellation & Modification
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Please note that a cancellation fee will apply if the order has already been processed. Once your order has been shipped, we regret that we are unable to cancel it.
International Shipping & Import Duties (Important)
For orders shipped from our China Warehouse to destinations outside of North America and Europe:
Customs Duties & Taxes: Upon arrival in your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. While we strive to offer shipping options that include these costs (DDP), any applicable charges not covered by the selected shipping method are the responsibility of the recipient (the customer).
Customs Delays: While we do our best to expedite shipping, delays caused by customs inspections are beyond our control.
