We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days
after receiving your item to request a return.

At INS Home Decor, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products (large, fragile items, and customized lighting), we have a specific return policy to ensure clarity and fairness. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

Our 4 Step Return Process

1. Start Your Return

Email us at inshomedecor@inshomedecor.com to start a return.We will reply with shipping instructions and the return address.

Important:​ Unauthorized returns (sent without approval) will be refused.

2. Return to Warehouse

Our Error:​ We cover the cost.
Buyer’s Remorse:​ Customer covers the cost.

This includes any duties/taxes resulting from the return of the product, if applicable.

3. Receive and inspect your return

We inspect and test all returns to ensure they are in working order.

Refund Approved:​ We issue the refund right away.
Refund Rejected:​ You will receive an email notification.

4. Your Refund is Issued

A full or partial refund will be issued.

INS Home Decor reserves the right to charge a restocking/refurbishing fee of 10% on returned items. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

To be eligible for a return

1. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.

3. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

4. You must provide proof of purchase (order number).

5. Items returned within 30 days will be eligible for a refund back to the original method of payment.

Our return policy does not cover

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items CANNOT be returned:

  • Customized or Personalized Orders: Lights made to specific sizes, colors, or voltages.
  • Clearance or Sale Items: All discounted final-sale items are non-refundable.
  • Installed Items: Once a light fixture has been installed or hardwired, it cannot be returned due to safety regulations.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Shipping Costs
