1. Product Use & Electrical Safety Warning

Our lighting fixtures are designed for decorative and functional illumination. Due to the inherent risks associated with electricity:

  • Professional Installation: We strongly recommend that all lighting fixtures be installed by a licensed electrician in compliance with local building and safety codes.
  • No Liability: INS Home Decor assumes no liability for damages, injuries, or property loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification of our products.

2. Custom Orders & Production

We specialize in custom lighting solutions. Please note the following terms regarding custom orders:

  • Final Sale: Custom-made or personalized items (specific sizes, colors, voltages) are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production has commenced.
  • Measurement Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications. We are not responsible for sizing errors provided by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If your order is impacted by a pricing error, we will contact you for instructions before shipping.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Title Transfer: Ownership and risk of loss for items transfer to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier to the shipping address.
  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier.
  • Import Duties: International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including product designs, images, logos, and text—is the exclusive property of INS Home Decor. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INS Home Decor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in dispute.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong (or your business registration jurisdiction), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
